Active Cultures has teamed up with Like That Records to bring one of the South’s rising stars to New York for the first time: Asian Doll who has cosigns from big names in the game right now such as Famous Dex and PNB Rock.

Support comes from BigBabyGucci, Like That affiliate and rising star, Quest?onmarc, critically acclaimed QweenBeat/vogue producer, and Like That Records’ core group: label owners Marvelito and Ase Manual, as well as young budding producer $JAYY, and DJ McTrill from Atlanta.

The event highlights Like That’s local community from Jersey to Brooklyn, built off monthly event Bounce Gallery. Their debut album, WORLD, released in May showcases the Like That family and features standout tracks from the performers.

Active Cultures is a curatorial project that has worked in the past with Brooklyn-based galleries and venues to showcase underground subcultures, bringing artists like Antwon and Goth Money to NYC.
